I offer my deepest thanks for visiting our site. We are a full service mail-in repair facility. Although many of the orders we process are difficult and niche repairs, we are happy to help with any issues you may have. Mailyourpc is owned and operated by Top Notch Group, a Virginia limited liability company. This site is dedicated to first tier end users and business owners. However, you are welcome to contact us with corporate account or volume repair queries.
Top Notch Computers was founded by myself in the late 1990’s. We began as a small, local computer business. Later, we grew to incorporate mail-in repair services into our repertoire. At first, the services were intended as a means for rural Americans to have their computers repaired, since they couldn’t find anybody locally. Ironically, most of the orders we received were coming from big cities, such as New York, Seattle, and Washington D.C. As time went by, the more we learned that there is an abundance of computers and a shortage of qualified techs.
We’re different. When the other guys find a nasty virus on your machine, they want to reformat your hard drive. We fix the problem so you can keep all your data. When the other guys see a laptop fail to turn on, the problem is automatically the motherboard. We diagnose the problem and fix it. The other guys charge flat fees for repairs, and ding you with hidden charges later when other problems pop up. We charge a low, hourly rate for all services with no hidden fees. No matter what service you are in need of, it is our goal to be your best solution.
